Sometimes it’s a balance between how much of the effects you need to copy from the natural teeth, and how much is to much for your patient.
In this case we were guided by the patients opinion.
When you try in the restorations at the laboratory and modify and finish them with the patient guidance you sometimes finish up with something you may not like as much as your patient does.
