As Flighties, we never miss an opportunity to celebrate those we work alongside and Kelly Clarke & Lily-Emma Restivowebb have decided the best way to celebrate the #FemaleFlightie they admire (Lauren Montague a.k.a. Loz) is through dance and rap!
Transcript of video:
Her name is Loz, she is the boss. Anything gets done, 'cause she's the top gun, she's a jet setter, she's a go-getter, she's a trendsetter, she is Loz.

Sliding into Employee Engagement be like...
Meet Tyler! Our new Employee Engagement Coordinator to support our staff and the relaunch of our Flight Centre Foundation!
Q: What exciting things are coming?
A: First off, we are removing any barriers around taking volunteer leave. Everyone has one paid day a year and I will be taking up the task of curating it FULLY for staff who aren't sure where to volunteer but want to help their communities! I will be attending teams WBM's, planning days and SWOT's for 2 or 10 minutes with Tyler! (really however long everyone will have me!) This is to understand our collective values and what we want for our foundation and workplace culture moving forward. The new framework for the foundation will have roots in the collective values of our people, customers and community and I will be taking everyone on the journey with us as we move forward!
Q: Why have you joined the FC team?
A: Flight Centre, to me, has always had the reputation of being a fun place to work. Prior to COVID I contracted to Healthwise, the fitness and wellbeing branch of the business, and saw first-hand the true family culture that Flight Centre embodies. Now being back in the building, I am greeted by so many smiles and hugs! It makes my day! If you want your day made every day by hardworking colleagues, a fun atmosphere, and a true sense of belonging - this is your place to be.
Q: Fill in the sentence.. 'Engagement looks like....'
A: Engagement looks like everyone putting their hand in the huddle to commit to showing up for one another, showing up for their communities and showing up for themselves in the best way they can!
We can't wait to see all the amazing things Tyler gets up to! Stay tuned! #SlidingintoEmployeeEngagement #FCTGCareers #proudtobefctgS
