Go with the creative flow this long weekend in Hepburn Shire! There are so many amazing arts events to check out, starting with the Spa Quilters of Daylesford’s Winter Exhibition at St Peter’s Catholic Church. How amazing does it look? Over in Clunes, the Celebration of SAORI Exhibition by Dyeing To Weave showcases this intriguing style of Japanese freestyle weaving in the Esmond Gallery at The Warehouse Clunes until 23 June. You also have Radius Art Hepburn Spring's continuing Spoontacular, the Ceramic Collection exhibition kicking off at the Daylesford & District Historical Society Inc Museum, The Convent Daylesford's continuing winter program, the Daylesford Art Collective's ongoing pop-up exhibition at our Visitor Information Centre on Vincent Street, and all the region's wonderful independent galleries to check out. Our artistic community is one of the things that makes Hepburn Shire so special, and 17 ceramicists have contributed to a special exhibition at the Daylesford & District Historical Society Inc Museum. Based on a concept by Petrus Spronk and beautifully curated, the exhibition opens this Saturday (8 June) and is an engaging must-see. The museum is open between 11am and 3pm.
