I’d like to introduce myself and tell you a little about me and my new travel service business.

I'm Debbie and I am the face behind The points concierge. I have always had a passion for travel and exploring new destinations. So far I have been to 17 Countries as well as the pacific Islands and I’ve also travelled around Australia for 12 months.

I love all things travel and 19 years ago I discovered a great way to indulge in travel - through the art of point collecting and have been fortunate to travel extensively doing this.

I have been travelling throughout Europe the past few weeks, doing what I love best - travelling in style on points. (The photo was taken in Croatia last week) I was able to fly Emirates First class from Australia all the way to Europe and I'll be flying back to Australia soon, again in First class, all on frequent flyer points.

Recently, I created The points concierge to help others achieve what I have been able to. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and providing you with content on all things related to collecting points and redeeming points as well as lots of tips on travel.

Whether you're a beginner or been collecting points for a while, I am here to assist you and offer support every step of the way. It's all about maximising your points and minimising your expenses and I’d love to be your personal points concierge.

In the next few weeks I’ll be be sharing more information about how I can help you follow your dreams and travel on points like I’m doing. I also have a few very exciting giveaways coming up so watch this space 😊

Excited to be travelling to Europe in style. I was able to book flights in first class, all thanks to frequent flyer points and just flew from Perth-Dubai on the Emirates 380. Everything was perfect.

This page has been set up give information and support about point collecting and redeeming points for travel. It is ideally suited to people who are starting out and want to learn the basics.

Our aim is to inspire you, educate you and most of all share the passion of travelling in style on points.

Later in the year we will be offering consultations via zoom, skype or phone, followed by a personalised strategy for each client. We will provide personalised support giving you more knowledge in collecting points and redeeming them effectively.
