2. After your booking is confirm by us and you’re agreed with the fee and our Policy, a deposit of $20 will need to be done in the same day and please send us your proof of payment to confirm. The rest
of the fee will be done on the car when trip nearly done to save time for your convenience.
3. Before your trip 2 days please send a confirmation to us. If there Is any change about your trip you can let us know before 48 hours. Late change within 48 hours will cost $20 surcharge to re-organise.
4. If you cancel your booking before the trip 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded, but if you cancel your booking within 48 hours before your trip, your $20 deposit will not be refunded.
5. There will be 10 mins loading, if the trip start later then 15mins, there is also a surcharge for the waiting time as we need to re-schedule the next trips.
6. For Pick-up from Melbourne Airport Tullamarin, please provide your Flight number, date and time exactly. We will need to check landing time on Tullamarine website and driver will be there after landing time 1 hour for your checking out and moving to pick up point. Pick-up point will be at public Pick-up lanes. If there is any early arrival or delay by traffic, driver or our customer service staff will message you. So please keep an eye on your phone. We will try to assist you but if we’re failed to contact you and driver couldn’t find you ,we don’t have responsibility in this situation.
7. A maximum number of luggages apply for 1 trip is 4 check-in size suitcase, 4 hand luggages size. If you have more than this standard, an extra fee will be apply.
8. If you have children accompanying with you, we are welcome all, you just need to tell us how many children and their ages so we can arrange booster or baby chair.
9. For trips start earlier than 6am, and later than 10pm, there will be a surcharge for our labor to work night shift.
10. There is a 10% service charge for trips on public holidays and Luna New Year.
11. Please surely fasten your seat belt even if driver haven’t asking, as its a traffic rules when seating on cars. Don’t lie down on car, if you’re tired can adjust backrest goes down for resting, but make sure the seat belt still in the right position from your left shoulder cross down. This is for your very first safety and avoiding the big fine. Driver can ask you get off the car and end your trip immediately if you ‘re not follow the rules or have sign of violence, harassment, racism and your deposit will not be refunded.
