My friend Glenis George and I changed a man’s life today all for the price of 2 pairs of shoes. Hue Mambo suffers from polio and we met him and his crutches yesterday selling books to tourists in the Old Town. A humble man who dreamt of a wheelchair to help make his life a little easier. Today we were so excited to make that dream a reality. It certainly puts things into perspective and I’m almost embarrassed to have been posting about buying 3 pairs of shoes 😩. We can all do a little good in this world and the warm fuzzy feeling you get is a bonus!
