I used sound & vibration to open the very latest release of Howard Park’s Grand Vintage 2015. The wine is absolutely stunning, I’m sure it enjoyed the experience of its opening ceremony 😀

This is a video I wanted to share with you a while ago. Last month Tanya from The Cheese Maker and Canny Grapes hosted a divine ‘Chenin & Cheese’ class in Subiaco’s Cellarbration Ceilidh Room. I really love that space and decided to host an additional wine tasting class every third Thursday of each month! 🥂🍷 it’s so easy to get there and a perfect way to finish work, plus why not make Thursday your Friday 😊 upcoming classes are Thursday 21st June, Pinot Noir Road Trip and Thursday 19th July which is all about Aussie Reds! Bookings are essential.

Spanish Wine Classes at Duende
Happy Sunday to you all! We had a fantastic 'Spanish Reds' class yesterday at Duende followed by a delicious dinner afterwards. Thanks to an amazing wine lover lady I got this fun video to share with you!
This is the first time ever I did a super spontaneous video before starting my fun and educational wine tasting class! It’s not perfect but a good start! 😉 I think I will do one from my other regular venues as well so you can see how they are set up! This one is from my first event at Cellarbrations at Subiaco 🥂
Champagne Sunday
and I had to post this video as well... I love how Champagne takes you to places and how it excites me. I love watching the explosion of millions of bubbles, I love listening to the crackling sound in the glass when the bubbles reach the surface releasing delicate aromas. Have you listen to Champagne before? Champagne awakens all our senses. Happy Champagne Sunday!
