We are thrilled to announce the completion of Altis, Hazelmere.

Located in the well-established Hazelmere industrial precinct, this project features architecturally designed two-storey offices for each warehouse tenancy, highlighted by a striking timber-look crown on the exterior façades. The site spans approximately 30,380m², with Warehouse 1 covering 6,900m² and Warehouse 2 7,700m². Additionally, the project includes adjoining offices plus external hardstands, asphalt pavements, and landscaped spaces.

Located along a leafy café strip and within a stone’s throw from the swan river, the building presents itself as very much part of South Perth’s revitalization of street activation and view encapsulation.

Various architectural elements such as articulated screens, scalloped surfaces, timber and stone cladding create an elegant external aesthetic. The new mall acts as a vessel for high end boutiques catering not only for shopping admirers but a broader audience with an appreciation for innovative design.

Incorporated within this development is a 90 key quest serviced apartment complex( previously posted ). The new quest apartments excels in offering a new holiday experience near Perth Zoo and the river foreshore. Serving the community for over ten years! Genesis Cancer Care is the state’s leading private provider of essential radiation therapy services. This facility, located at Shenton House, spans over two levels, housing radiation therapy services in the basement and the clinic on the third floor. The design intent was to create a space that enabled patients to feel comforted and assured. The resulting clinic exudes a warm, welcoming and professional environment which forms the basis of Genesis Care’s ethos.

The building’s facade incorporates a range of architectural treatments including articulated screens, scalloped surfaces along with natural timber and stone claddings to create an elegant and timeless external aesthetic.

to one of our most memorable projects! The new headquarters for Channel 9 Perth is located at the top of St Georges Terrace in the CBD. It’s prominent location marks a new era for the company and for television broadcasting in Perth with a state of the art studio and facilities.

The concept for the interiors takes a cue from the new studio building designed by Cox Howlett & Bailey Woodland which is wrapped in an undulating perforated veil to symbolically represent a stage curtain. The design of the public and semi-private internal spaces are an interpretation of the backstage and back-of-house areas with utilitarian ceilings, exposed services and dramatic lighting.

The alterations and additions at Abbotsford Private Hospital in West Leederville are now complete, delivering an upgrade in hospital amenity to meet the future needs of the facility.

Located within the Town of Cambridge, the hospital extension and refurbishment has been sympathetically designed to provide an additional 47 in-patient beds to a total of 77 beds overall, to support the growing demand for mental health care in Western Australia.

Sagewood Early Learning, Woodvale Complete!

A striking two storey childcare centre for 72 children, the building is nestled in a well landscaped corner lot with undercover parking. The pitched roof form and natural materials of brick and timber paneling used externally create a residential aesthetic, well suited to the location of the centre.

New Gibbons Showroom in Gosnells now complete!

The expansion of the existing Gibbons Automotive Showroom was a small but complex project. The showroom was extended forward towards the street frontage to provide additional space to accommodate a third automotive brand (Nissan) and a dedicated New Car Delivery zone, whilst incorporating the new corporate identity requirements of the existing brands (Subaru and Kia). The project was complicated by the fact that the business needed to remain operational whilst the building works were undertaken.

Both Builder and Architect worked closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure that on-site disruption was minimized, resulting in the successful expansion which has allowed the business to evolve to meet the rapidly changing conditions of the automotive sales market.

Hello Fresh Distribution Centre - completed 2023.

This development consists of over 16,500sqm of Coolroom, Freezer, temperature controlled environment, and a large production line which form the source of the Hello Fresh Distribution Centre in Perth. Adjoining the Coolroom structure is the main office where the administration staff are located and look after the receivables, production, and dispatch of the Hello Fresh products.
