So we have news! It's been an incredibly busy summer with the Airbnb and we've been grateful to have met so many fun people over that time and in the last 2 years of operation.
But it's time to slow down ... so we've decided to sell our lovely home and downsize - which means we have closed our Airbnb😔.

We've been having some lovely sunsets in the past week. The canal has been bathed in golden and pink pastel shades. So restful for the soul.

One of our guests, Rosie, had a successful haul of yellowfin bream off our lower deck. We provide free rods and bait for fishing enthusiasts!

And the cuteness continues! Our latest guests - Oscar, the 18 month old Schnauzer, and Holly, the 12 year old Jack Russell. Our Airbnb is paradise for fur babies too 😍

Step back in time at this glorious heritage-listed 'Wheel House'... a true icon of the Maroochy River. With its sky blue trimming matching the water lapping below, this beautiful boathouse was recently restored by locals who volunteered from the Buderim Men's Shed 🙌 💙 Community spirit at its best!

Oh my gosh! We are so lucky to meet some wonderful people with our Airbnb. We just received the latest review - how goosebumpy do we now feel!
"Well, where do we start! This felt like a home away from home! Helen has honestly thought of everything! Sometimes it's the little touches that make a big difference and Helen has gone above and beyond to ensure that her guests are well looked after (including the fur children 🐶) We had a wonderful stay and it's by far the best Airbnb we have stayed at! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Beautiful location, private self-contained quarters and friendly, knowledgeable hosts 😊 10/10"

Don't want to leave your furbaby behind? We love to welcome pets at our Airbnb. We have lots of information on local beaches, parks and walks for our four-legged friends, and we even sneak some doggie treat s in the welcome basket! 🐾🐶❤️

The Sunshine Coast is home to some of the best beaches in the world and is a world-class surfers' playground. Beaches on the doorstep of our Airbnb include Mudjimba, Marcoola, Coolum, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headlands and Mooloolaba, to name a few.

Our guests can borrow our bikes, free of charge, and explore the many bike paths around the Coast. We also have a child's seat, a basket for your small fur babies, or a dog trailer for the bigger kids!
