Gregg and the rest of his iRenov8 team completed a large scale full house renovation, including adding a 2nd story addition to my house in Kingsford. There are always going to be challenges in any build but Gregg always leant in and came up with solutions. The build quality was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results.

Gregg and his team built a second storey on our home and reconfigured the downstairs living area, including designing and building a spectacular staircase (which saved us a lot of money). Three and half year's on we are still delighted with the job IRenov8 did for us. They were very professional, efficient and carried out the work to a high standard and came in on budget. They were also transparent and easy to work with every step of the way and Greg was always calm and solution driven, making the process enjoyable (yes, a renovation actually enjoyable). I don't have any hesitation at all in recommending iRenov8 - we had a great experience and a really great extension to show for it.

Job Description:
I am looking for a carpenter who is versatile in his trade and likes working in a team environment. We are a medium size building company with a dynamic team of tradesman. All our work covers the Eastern Suburbs and surrounding suburbs.

This opportunity is for a carpenter looking for casual work on ABN/Company OR we can accommodate a full time, salary/Casual relationship.

iRenov8 Story:
iRenov8 Projects was established in 2014 to provide the eastern suburbs with a high quality building service with an aim to build a new and supportive team.

You will be responsible for:
Achieving high quality standards in a reasonable timeframe.
Read and understanding plans, specs, OHS docs and other site documentation.
Liaising with sub-contractors, clients and the public.
Neat and tidy attire (iRenov8 apparel provided).

Requirements:
Trade Qualified Carpenter Certificate.
Able to be left on a job un-supervised.
Full set of carpenters tools.
Have your own reliable transport and be able to drive a Manual 2 Tonne truck if required.
List of referees from within the building industry.
Good communication, work in a team and follow instructions.
Be an easy going individual with a good sense of humor.
Hold a current OH&S White card.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Uses a smart phone and have access to a printer and reliable with emails.
