21st century architecture finally comes to the manufacture of transportable homes. Tiny Houses uses the newest technology that not only brings new standards of structural rigidity and insulation levels but also is better for the environment. SIP’s (Structural Insulation panels) are used where ever possible. The incredibly light-weight and ridged panels used means that these prefabricated buildings can easily be adapted to accommodate variations in use, and type of site. This allows us to make numerous variations to adapt your Tiny House to reflect its surroundings.
A fresh look at design and the use of new technologies for walls and roofs, and the incorporation of double glazed doors and windows has allowed Tiny Houses to produce a product unique in the Australian market. Our transportable, modular, relocatable, pre-fab or factory built houses and granny flats are of the highest standard and offer exceptional value to our customers.
Our proven technology has revolutionised the secondary dwelling and holiday market in Europe and now with the changes in NSW planning laws and the squeeze on affordable housing we believe we can offer an environmentally low impact solution to the looming housing crisis. With our extension bathroom and bedroom pods, adaptability assures the longevity of our buildings and can grow with your needs.
When your home is ready to go it will be transported mostly in one piece and we can arrange all the installation so you can be ready to move in within hours. Kitchens and bathrooms are pre-installed as is the heating and air-conditioning leaving only the connection to your existing services reducing onsite labour to a few hours.
The cost of on-site construction has increased year on year. This coupled with the inevitable disruption due to bad weather means that pre-manufacturing has become a more viable alternative, producing increased cost effectiveness, precision and shorter time lines. With well practiced production techniques waste of labour and materials is keep to a minimum.
