What is the meaning of Witches Falls?

Tamborine Mountain National Park is home to the original Witches Falls, and is the third of its kind in Australia. The name Witches Falls originates with the children of Tamborine Mountain, who thought the forest branches looked like witches' brooms as they walked home at dusk. 🔮💕🧙‍♀️

Cedar Creek Falls is always a popular destination and perfect for a swim, enjoy the coolness with these hot days! Cedar Creek Rock Pools are a 1.4km return walk on the trail, with lookouts and viewing platforms along the way. Great views of the falls can be seen from the first lookout, only 250m along the flat, sealed track (suitable for prams and wheelchairs). Much of the creek is shaded by towering eucalypts and tropical tree ferns and palms, making it a popular spot to unwind and relax. 💕🌴☀️🍄

The Heritage Centre in Tamborine Mountain has amazing history. :)

Such lovely people visiting the Heritage Centre each Sunday. Adults and kids alike enjoying delving into the history of our beautiful mountain.
If you love your mountain and love to tell people how much you love your mountain, the volunteers at the Heritage Centre would welcome you with open arms.
We need people to tell other people how great we are.
A few hours a week on a Sunday, and hopefully, enough people so we can re-open on a Saturday. That would make us smile.
