After the humanitarian "ceasefire", several cities outside of conflict zone including G***a, second biggest city of Azerbaijan, are under the rocket attack of Armenia! Civilians are killed and wounded in their sleep!
- At least 10 civilians killed and more than 40 civilians injured, search and rescue efforts continue.
- Impact of the missile(s) has caused a huge hole on four-story, 24-apartment buildings.
- Surrounding residential apartments and buildings have left in ruins.

The political and military government of Armenia must be held responsible for the act!

‼️ Starting from the 12th of July, armed forces of Armenia attack to invade Tovuz, internationally recognized Azerbaijan territory during the time when all the nations are busy with the Covid-19 pandemic.

This is the evident proof of towards Azerbaijan, that we raise our voice against in front of the global communities over the years. The number of martyrs has reached 11, including 4 high-rank military officers. ignore the legally authorized ceasefire and war rules by attacking Azerbaijan lands and putting lives of civil people in danger. is only trying to protect its territories as always and ready to do anything in this way.

We as citizens of Azerbaijan are always together with our army!

Gobustan National Park is one of the most attractive and historically important tourism sights of Azerbaijan.

Gobustan is located on the south-east of the Great Caucasian Mountains about 60 km far south of Baku. It is a semi-desert region with numerous gullies and ravines. The meaning of Gobustan in local language means “ravine land”. Caves and rock outcroppings surround the region. Settled since the Stone Age, the area is one of the main and most ancient museums of rock engravings (petrogliphs) in the world. Gobustan petroglyphs contain very important elements of ancient lifestyle of stone age human beings..

Gobustan is declared as a national historical landmark since 1966 to achieve better preservation of the rock paintings. Today, the site is open to visitors and tourists have opportunity to see the paintings by themselves. The local museum is newly renovated as has all features that tourists may ask. The museum staff is doing amazing job in preservation of the site while keeping it open to visitors. Gobustan is included to the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Nij village of Qabala, Azerbaijan.

Nij – is a small vilage in Qabala district of Azerbaijan. The village is the home of a special ethnic group among the Azerbaijani nationalities Udin, who are considered to be the descendants of the Caucasian Albanians.

At present, their number is no more than 10,000 people, but they have managed to preserve their traditions, language and spiritual culture. Currently, the Alban Temple in the village of Nij is open to parishioners and tourists. This is one of the most ancient monuments of Christianity in Azerbaijan. The temple was rebuilt in the XVII-XVIII centuries on the site of an ancient Albanian church of the 4th century, founded by St. Elisey (Christian ecclesiast in Caucasian Albania).

Diri Baba mausoleum in Maraza city, Azerbaijan.

The building of the mausoleum is a wonderful example of Shirvan architectural school. On the building itself the construction date is mentioned as 1402 and architect’s name as “…the son of ustad Haji”. There are still many legends connected to this place. For a long time, local people believed that a sacred person- called Diribaba was buried here and remained imperishable across the centuries.

Nowadays, it is still considered as one of the holy places for local residents. The monument is under protection and open to tourists.
