Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for the distribution and sales tickets throughout a particular region.
• Manage and support sales team in particular region, ensuring that they reach their sales targets and remain motivated.
• Supervise regional reservation and ticketing processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
• Meet and help Corporates as well as agents to plan and book their journeys.
• Close interaction with Agents to increase their productivity.
• Give product presentations to corporates as well as agents.
• Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
• Continual training and development of all sales members of the region
• Coordinate with Department Head to:
a. Plan strategies to accomplish targets set according to yearly/monthly sales projections.
b. Monitor flight loads and tabulate data

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirement:

মানবতার মুক্তি ও বিশ্বশান্তির দূত আল্লাহর রাসূল মুহাম্মাদ (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম)-এর (কাল্পনিক) ব্যাঙ্গচিত্র অঙ্কন করে মুসলমানদের হ্রদয়ে আগুন জ্বালানো সেই কুখ্যাত সুইডিশ কার্টুনিস্ট লার্স ভিকস নিজেই আগুনে পুড়ে মারা গেছেন। এই দুর্ঘটনায় তার দুই নিরপত্তারক্ষীও মারা গেছেন।

যুগে যুগে এমন বহু ঘটনা মহান আল্লাহর চিন্তরন বাণীর বাস্তব দৃষ্টান্ত হয়ে থাকে।
আল্লাহ সুবহানাহু ওয়া তা'আলা বলেছেন—

(১) ‘নিশ্চয়ই বিদ্রূপকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে আমিই তোমার পক্ষে যথেষ্ট।’ (সূরা হিজর : ৯৫)

(২) 'নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলকে কষ্ট দেয়, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে লানত করেন এবং তিনি তাদের জন্য প্রস্তুত রেখেছেন অপমানজনক আযাব।' (সূরা আহযাব-৫৭)

উ*গ্রতা ও হিং*স্রতা ছড়ানো এই লোকটি যদি নিজের ভুল বুঝতে পেরে অনুতপ্ত হয়ে সুপথপ্রাপ্ত হতেন তাহলে অনেক বেশি আনন্দ পেতাম। কিন্তু আল্লাহর ফায়সালাই চূড়ান্ত। তাকে রক্ষার জন্য সাথে থাকা লোকগুলোও তার সাথে পুড়ে ছাই হওয়ার মাধ্যমে আবারো প্রমাণিত হলো, আল্লাহ ছাড় দেন, ছেড়ে দেন না। আল্লাহর পাকড়াও থেকে কেউই রক্ষা করতে পারে না।

দুনিয়ার যে আগুনে পুড়ে লোকটির মৃত্যু হয়েছে, আখিরাতের আগুন তার চেয়ে সত্তর গুন বেশি উত্তপ্ত। তার চেয়ে ভয়াবহ কথা হলো সে আগুনে মৃত্যু হবে না। অনন্তকাল শুধু কষ্ট আর কষ্ট। মহান আল্লাহ আমাদের শিক্ষা গ্রহণের তাউফীক দান করুন, হেফাজত করুন।
