Role Summary:

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional travel experiences?
Join us as a Reservation Executive and contribute to our travelers' delight. As an integral part of our team, you'll handle a range of responsibilities, including:
Proficiently managing airline reservations using Amadeus, Galileo & Sabre systems.
Crafting itineraries, handling refunds, reissues, and fare calculations.
Expertly coordinating hotel bookings, creating holiday packages, and providing visa-related services.
Navigating flight searches, various fares, itineraries, cancellations, and refunds.
Ensuring prompt, top-notch client service via phone, email, and social media.
Building strong relationships with airlines, service providers, and clients.
Addressing customer feedback and complaints with efficiency and care.
Promoting our services with persuasive communication over calls and emails.
Staying updated on airline offers and industry trends.
Achieving sales targets through client visits and relationship building.
Generating leads, managing outbound calls, and overseeing email & WhatsApp marketing.
Developing engaging content for social media to strengthen our brand presence.
Embracing other responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications:

If you're a motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for travel, we want you on our team! Here's what we're looking for:

Gender: Open to all (Male/female)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
1-4 years of experience in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, email, and digital marketing.
Flexibility for field visits.

বিশেষ ছাড়ে চীনের গুয়াংজু রুটে বিমানের টিকেট বিক্রয় শুরু হয়েছে।
বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্স আগামী ১৪ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৩ তারিখ থেকে ঢাকা থেকে চীনের গুয়াংজু রুটে পুনরায় সরাসরি ফ্লাইট পরিচালনা করতে যাচ্ছে।আগামী ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৩ তারিখ পর্যন্ত বিশেষ ছাড় চালু থাকবে।

ঢাকা থেকে সপ্তাহে প্রতি রবিবার, মঙ্গলবার ও বৃহস্পতিবার রাত ১০:২০টায় বিমানের ফ্লাইট গুয়াংজুর উদ্দেশ্যে যাত্রা করে গুয়াংজু পৌঁছাবে পরবর্তী দিন ভোর ০৪:০০টায়। গুয়াংজু থেকে সপ্তাহে প্রতি শুক্রবার, সোমবার ও বুধবার স্থানীয় সময় ভোর ০৫:৩০ টায় ঢাকার উদ্দেশ্যে যাত্রা করে ঢাকায় পৌঁছাবে সকাল ০৭:২০টায়।

Air Travel Tax increasing from 1st July 2023

The Government of Bangladesh has revised UT Foreign Air Travel Taxes (FATT) for domestic and international flights. Travellers will have to pay the Government's revised Air Travel Tax from 1st July 2023.

Please find the updated information:

Domestic departures: BDT 200
International departures to SAARC countries: BDT 2,000
International departures to North and South America, Europe, Africa,
Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Hong Kong, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Taiwan: BDT 6,000
International departures to any other countries: BDT 4,000

What you need to know:

Children aged 5 to 11 will be charged 50% of the air travel tax.

Infants under the age of 5 will not be taxed
