Job Title: Senior Graphics Designer
Location: Fly Hub Dhaka Branch, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Position Overview: As a Senior Graphics Designer at Fly Hub Dhaka Branch, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design high-quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Create visually appealing layouts and designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Ensure consistency and coherence in all visual communications and branding materials.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Provide creative input and ideas for new design initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
