At the end of 2020 💜 a beautiful year filled with little joys, I want to thank everyone that 2020 met us with and thank the blessings of the Nature, nevertheless I want to make a wish for the next one '21 to come. I want more people to realise that it is much easier to be real without epithets. I want more people to realise that there is no toxic or negative things and people around. There are things or people we either do not notice, either ignore, either over use or abuse, either our expectations and desires are far from the realistic matters. I want more people to realise that there is no homeless people, there people we labeled as such, to feel more secure and advanced at who we think we are. I want more people to realise that to be aware of the real reality is far more humane and honorable than to be " awaken ". I want more people to speak not about healing - (as this suggests illnesses all around) but about improving as this suggests a healthy growth in any layer of existence. I want people to decide to speak less but with more true meaning, to feel more compassion and less pride. And remember we could only assume what would be ahead, the universe has the last say so.. I wish to all for 2021 good health, good thoughts and good deeds and overall try and...

This is for all who love good and simple healthy homemade food. We know Christmas is coming with all the heavy eating, so few days of simple veg food do good to us. Here our simple potato and dry red pepper lunch salad and Turkish gris halva with Mandarin cranberry confiture,cinnamon fresh fruits, and of course red eatable flower for charm and good mood. Our way of avoiding the doctors - eat simple and moderate and of course 💜💜

Feeling under the weather, get some home health boost... Mandarin, cranberry and honey confiture. By all means eat the fruit, but do not throw the peels, use them 😊 they are good sourse of vitamins too. Quick one for fresh consumption up to 10 days goodness in the fridge Xox
