TREES IN THE BLUEHOLES.
After the passing of the most destructive Hurricane Dorian in September 2019, a large number of the trees it uprooted & blew down were entrapped within many of the marine blueholes of East Grand Bahama. What role did the blueholes play during the hurricane?

The Central Bank is getting high international accolades on its P.R. campaign of the Sand dollar, but, residents are not experiencing it on a wide basis. This is a great initiative, it needs to be opened up to the whole country, and promote the digital wallets usage.

After the hurricane I had my first oppotunity to visit McLean's Town yesterday, Thursday. Total destruction & devastation! The house of my business only has a floor with 2 toilet bowls (without the tanks), & 2 tubs where the 2 bathroons were. The 20' trailer with my 9 kayaks, paddles, life vests, snorkel gear, fins, & other supples & equipment are gone to wherever. Over 92% of all buildings in the communities are totally demolished or uninhabitable. And, there was loss of lives. Hurricane Dorian stands by itself.
