vate hideout for the world’s elite, our family has called it “home” for generations...long before the streets were paved. Here is a little information about our home on this 3 mile long / ½ mile wide piece of paradise:

Seabiscuit is located on “Old Norse Place” in Harbour Island, Bahamas protected by the dunes of one of the world’s most treasured beaches. Seabiscuit is a two minute walk from the Pinks Sand Beach of Harbour Island and a five minute golf cart ride from the center of town. Nestled in a private, cul-de-sac neighborhood, you can truly unwind within the walls of this pink house up-the-track (as the locals refer to it), as you fall asleep to the gently breaking waves of the moonlit Caribbean waters. This family-owned, island home with open floor plan has three bedrooms (which are individually air conditioned), two full baths (master bath is en suite), spacious living room, & formal dining area. The covered car port is perfect for parking your preferred mode of transportation, which on “Briland”; most likely is your bicycle(s) or golf cart(s). Seabiscuit is our family home & retreat and has been for decades but when we “Northerners” are not “home” we enjoy renting our home to friends, extended family, & to a list of loyal & repeat vacationers. Other features include a spacious patio newly furnished with outdoor furniture, outside shower, daily maid service, & recent updates. Harbour Island (also known as Dunmore Town) is a short water taxi ride across the harbor from North Eleuthera (known as the “Mainland”) which is also where you will embark if you arrive by air. From Government Dock, Seabiscuit is a 5 minute taxi ride. If need be, you could be swimming on the beach of Briland within less than an hour of touchdown on the runway in North Eleuthera.
