Buddha Dordenma is a gigantic Shakyamuni Buddha statue sited amidst the ruins of Kuensel Phodrang. The statue houses over thousands of smaller Buddha statues, each of which, like Buddha Dordenma itself, are made of bronze and gilded in gold.
