Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient and sophisticated self defense technique practiced very slowly and

this art generates. Tai Chi was developed in the 13th Century by Zhang San Feng, a Taoist Monk studying on
Wudang Mountain deep in China. He was a graduate of Shaolin Kungfu, Chi Kung and Zen. One
