Foldable soft sided cooler and ice packs for the beach if needed

Water cooler with water bottle. Extra full water bottle included. Sherkston water is totally potable, but we use Reverse Osmosis bottled water for drinking, coffee maker, ice cube trays etc. Child friendly with a stool in the guest bathroom, highchair, pack and play with mattress cover and sheet, sound machine, monitor, child security locks on doors, plastic dishes, bowls, cups, utensils, indoor and outdoor chairs, beach chair with umbrella, beach toys, small plastic pool, and family friendly games (child safe lawn darts, ring toss, corn hole, ladderball, checkers, cribbage, crokinole, backgammon, and other assorted family games)
Includes everything you might need for the kids! Pet friendly with permission. Front porch and back deck are fenced in. Rings off deck and on side of shed for leash. Large dog bowls, water bowl and water bucket for outside included

Smoking NOT allowed in cottage or on deck. Back yard/stone patio only. Please dispose of cigarette buts in a can/container and dispose safely in garbage, not in firepit please

Sheets, pillows, beach and bath towels, (clean hand towel provided in each bathroom), toiletries, firewood (first night provided) and food. Food trucks and restaurant on site

Check in 3 p.m. (You’re welcome to come to the park at any time of arrival day but won’t have access to the cottage or golf cart unless not booked, please ask about this 48 hours before arrival)
Check out is 11a.m. on last day. You can still stay and enjoy Sherkston for the whole day. No golf cart or cottage access after 11 a.m. Security Deposit: $600 due 24 hours before arrival and released after confirmation that cottage/golf cart is in the same condition that you received them. Also, that there are no outstanding park fines registered to our cottage. Cancellation policy:
50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
Cleaning: $150 (waived for friends/family) for peak season rates. Cleaning fee due for off season rates.
