A spin on food networks best baked salmon recipe!
Since the streets are talking like we don’t know about other fish varieties I’m introducing ya’ll to some haddock today 😂😂
Another mild flavored white fish, kinda like cod! @traderjoes sells it for an affordable price.
Tasty, healthy & light!
Here’s what you need:
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parsley leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 pounds skin-off haddock fillets
1 tablespoon Dijon
