Hi there. I was pleased with myself for getting to the gym yesterday when I noticed an older gentleman working out. He was blind. I couldn’t help but to be I inspired and impressed by his dedication, commitment and perseverance. I can only imagine the challenges he has had to overcome. The obvious and those we are unable to see.
I believe we can all follow his lead, even when it’s difficult. We can ask for help when we need it. We can inspire. We can persevere. We can create goals for ourselves and work towards them.

What exactly is Dynamical Neurofeedback? Good question!
Dynamical Neurofeedback trains the brain as it is, in its current state. It is not based upon a diagnosis or snap shot. It trains the whole brain, not just part of it. As a result, there is no chance of clinical error.

Hi. Something I often share with my clients about therapy and life is when you are climbing a mountain, you don’t have to get to the top or the pinnacle right away. You take your first five steps, ten steps and stop, enjoy the view. You don’t have to continue take on one challenge, after another challenge and another. Enjoy the view where you are at and maybe maintain it. taken a lot of effort and possibly time to get to where you are. The view is still good from where you are on the mountain. And when you’re ready, you will take on your next steps and next challenge and work your way to the top.
