As a community we must continue to work together in order for us to thrive and grow. So, my On The Move journey is working with the Bahamas to assist them in their rebuilding initiative of Freeport and Abaco Islands as a result of Hurricane Dorian.

In the two pictures below shows the effect of Hurricane Dorian that devastasted Freeport and the Great Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. However, Bahamas is made up of 700 Islands. Therefore, by visiting the other 698 Islands would help tremendously in rebuilding the 2 affected Islands like Freeport and Abaco. Giving thanks again for this wonderful Thursday morning in Toronto and thinking how blessed us Caribbean people are. Jamaica (www.visitjamaica.com)is known as the land of wood and water, the Jewel of the Caribbean and boasts producing the best w**d (if it is something you want lounges are now opened for your convenience. Barbados hadn't experienced hurricane in soooo many years because of where it is situated globally. is now offering year round flight directly from Toronto, Canada via Air Canada weekly every Thursday. Grenada is the Spice Island of the Caribbean and says as soon as you arrive the Island as a contagious aroma that invites you to stay and Anguilla is saying that they have the best culinary scenes. Now you be the judge. Each Island is unique and invites you to visit anytime of the year but make sure to add any of the islands to your bucket list. Tonight's travel event was all about the . The hosted an event for travel agents at the in Oakville. An incredible event highlighting the Caribbean. The Islands Reps shared many different features of the perspective Islands. . Thank you for a wonderful Caribbean Tourism presentation. It was very educational and informative. The information presented from each Representative was very well compiled and encouraging. Looking forward to attending many more events like this one highlighting the other Caribbean Islands.
