I’ve never noticed the Kelp or Seaweed so vibrant going under tickle bridge, always a guest favourite 5 minutes in. Thank you to the team for the great shot from the bridge, your new brew Tickle Pint is delicious, great on a day like today. There’s always something to explore especially when it’s Sunny like today, the stages of Back Harbour were glowing and Trails starting to fill up with hikers, summers here!

Didn’t realize it was so overcast, anyways made for a great backdrop. This Iceberg known as the Herring Neck iceberg was last spotted outside of Bacalhao island and headed offshore in 500 ft of water. Maybe it will be seen down the line, needs a few more now.

First one of the season April 8th 2024 plus a total solar eclipse. Anyways personally i’m more interested in icebergs and look at our first entry of the 2024 season. Let’s call it Herring necks iceberg and what a great start it is, plus there’s a big iceberg spotted off western head heading our way. I guess iceberg season has begun.

Looking forward to another great year of touring. The Ice charts are looking promising with Icebergs drifting in the right direction, fingers crossed. Having said that, it’s time to get a good friend out of storage, Iceberg season ahead and the Twillingate Spirit can’t wait.

It has been a long Winter ❄️ and we can’t wait anymore so we are opening in APRIL! We will be open April 1st, 2nd & 3rd. We will have more pop-up opening dates soon and more exciting news to share….
