The folks at Yelp have just come out with their data-generated roundup of the platform's Top 25 Places to Eat in Vancouver, and while you won't find many of the "usual suspects" when it comes to pricey, buzzy Vancouver spots included, you will see a lot of hidden gems and unsung heroes get a little attention.

This isn't your typical "best restaurants" list, that's for sure.

Les Dames d'Escoffier - BC Chapter has raised $50,000 to award in scholarships this coming year. These scholarships are open to any woman (or person identifying as female) who resides in BC and wants to further their education/careers in the fields of culinary, beverage, agriculture, aquaculture, or hospitality.

We have $50,000 in Scholarships to give away this year. January 31 is the deadline for Scholarship Applications.
