In a word “amazing”. So many fish out right now. Limited out the boat by 12:30. Ended it off with landing 3 of 4 on our third quadruple header for the day.

Great day out today with great people. Landed close to 30 salmon with 7 hatchery coho to bring home with us. Many more hooked and lost like this one in the video. Got to love it when there is action all day.

Took advantage of the calm day yesterday and headed to the gulf islands. Came back with a trio of nice chinook and a load of prawns! Fishing is excellent right now, it is definitely time to get out on the water!

Action was steady all day yesterday lots of undersized fish and a couple of nice ones including a bunch of prawns and a little octopus who turned up to say hello. Fishing is definitely heating up!

Pair of killer whales found us interesting today. Showed up out of nowhere swam under the boat and then followed us for a bit. They were 60' off the stern when we got a bite but we're a little too in awe and farmed the fish. What a cool start to the day. A little unnerving though thinking that we are another animals play toy.

Pretty good day out there yesterday. Brought home 5 big chinook and released another 4 little ones and a wild coho.
