ISO Cleaners
Seek reliable owner/operator cleaning company / crew to provide clean and prep services for (2) short rental properties in Whistler Village. Both properties are zoned for STR and have near identical size and room layout.

About the properties:
Both are newly renovated end unit townhomes w/ private entrances. The entire main floors, hallways and bathrooms are tiled, while all bedrooms except for one is carpeted.

Property #1: 4 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom (1440 SqFt)

Property #2: 4 bedroom + 3 bathroom (1440 SqFt)

-We personally own and manage these two Short Term Rentals.
-Minimum stay requirement is 3 nights
-Minimum Age requirement to book is 25 years old.
-Age requirement & House Rules (ie: no parties) are strictly enforced.
-We screen every booking.
-No Hot Tubs
-No BBQ Grill during winter
-No Bunk Beds
-No Pets, No Smoking

Each townhome has it’s own secure linen storage and is outfitted with 3 complete sets of white linens & towels. FYR: We source our linens & towels from North Shore Linens

Volume of Work: We anticipate 8-10 turnovers per month, all scheduled at least 48hrs in advance but more typically at least 30 days in advance. Regarding scheduling, we are technically savvy and prefer to utilize an online calendar (yours or ours) to ensure efficient communication and timely confirmation of each new cleaning request/update.

Cleans (turnovers) will often need to be completed between the hours of 10:30am - 3:30pm so cleaning crews must consist of at least 2 qualified and experienced cleaners.

Laundry: Our preference is to have the laundry outsourced (ie: Mountain Linens, Whistler Laundry Inc. etc) ) but we are flexible and can discuss alternative options.

Photos & Video evidence: We will give preference to cleaning companies that can provide Post Clean Video. We also expect cleaners to photograph/document visible damage and/or any condition which will incur extra cleaning charges.

Happy to pay market rate in exchange for QUALITY service and RELIABILITY.
