I’ve hiked the stunning Amalfi Coast, taken in fabulous animal sightings in both Africa and the Galapagos, cruised on the beautiful Danube River, explored Tahiti and several of her islands, walked on Hawaii's golden beaches and could practically write a tour guide on Vegas! I was fortunate to spend seven weeks in Australia and New Zealand. We've ziplined, rappelled, ATV'd and hiked our way across incredible Costa Rica. We’ve also been to Florida, repeatedly!, to spend time on the beach and visit their amusement parks, explored California, ridden horses through the Colorado mountains, soared in a hot air balloon during Albuquerque’s annual balloon fiesta, toured the graveyards and plantations of New Orleans and eaten seafood in all of the east coast provinces and states. Among my favourite destinations are Alaska (yes, it really is as stunning as everyone says!), Tallinn (which looks like something out of Shrek!), beautiful St. Petersburg, Ireland (with all her little pubs filled with people and music) and Iceland (full of towering waterfalls, glaciers and hot springs).
