The pivotal step in the mummification process was to harden the dead body and rid it of fluids by placing it in natron salt after removing the entrails to prevent rapid decomposition.🤔
The mummification process also involved coating the body inside and out with various types of gums, resins, fats and oils.😵‍

Senmut was one of the most prominent architects in the New Kingdom. 🤔 He supervised the construction of the temple of King Thutmose I in Karnak, as well as the temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir el-Bahari. 🤓He was also the tutor of Princess Neferu Ra, Hatshepsut's daughter, who appears with him in this statue.👍
