👉The Colossus of Ramses II statue is located at the Memphis archaeological site. The site was excavated in 1888.
👉 The statue was originally 13.5 meters high and stood in the Temple of Ptah in Memphis.
👉Today it can be seen in a modern protective building in Memphis(Mit Rahina). Due to its injuries, the statue, which is lying down today, is made of solid limestone.
👉One of the best statues of Ramses II. His smile is amazing.♥️

💘It's an erotica or se.xual ostacon. It's made from limestone with black-painted scene showing a scene of s.x. There is a hieroglyphic caption on the left side, in front of the woman.
👉The position shown in the picture is often depicted in art, but this doesn't mean that it was the most popular position in that era.😀
👉This ostacon is also special because the open depiction of erotica and sexual acts was not common in ancient Egypt.
It was found on Deir el-Medina, Luxor, West Bank
Now in British Museum, they acquisited in 1912.

👉Bent or White Pyramid in Dahsur
It was built during reign of Sneferu (Old Kingdom, 4th dynasty)👀
👍The interesting thing about pyramid is that it rises out of the desert at an angle of 54 degrees, that upper part was built at an angle of 43 degrees, which gives the pyramid an apparently "bent" appearance.
👉The ancient Egyptian name of the Bent pyramid was: the Southern Shining Pyramid, or Sneferu is shining in the South.
❤️It worth to go to visit this 4600 years old pyramid. Now this pyramid opens for the visitor, if u want u can go inside this pyramid.

ℹ️22nd of October is a magical day in Abu Simble.‼️
After sunrise🌞 the rays of the sun pe*****te 60 meter inside the temple and reach the Holly of Hollies, where there are four statues. Next to Ramses II sits the god Amun-Ra, Ra- Hor--Akty and God of Darkness Ptah.
The result of the unique phenomenon is that the god of darkness is not illuminated by light, it stays under the shadow.
Only the other three statues is illuminated by rays of sun.
This unicue phenomenon takes 20 minutes.
And it only happens twice a year. Next time, 22 of February in 2024, this phenomenon will be visible.
Horuaskaegypt can help u if u want to see this unique phenomenon🙂

The Nilometer is located at the southern end of Rawda Island in Cairo, Egypt. It was used to measure the Nile flood, and on its basis taxes were determined in the next agricultural year. The Nilometer in Al-Rawda is one of the Abbasid installations. Since ancient times, Egyptians have been known to construct gauges throughout the country to know the height of the Nile due to its close relationship with irrigating the land and collecting kharaj, i.e. taxes or state money.
This scale is considered one of the architectural structures closely linked to the civilization of Egypt, and was built to measure water levels in the Nile River. There was a Nile gauge next to the Babylon Fort before the Muslims took control of it. As for the first gauge to be worked in the Islamic era, it was established on Rawdah Island by Usama bin Zaid, the tax collector, by Al-Walid bin Abdul Malik in the year 96 AH (715 AD), and then he re-established it in the following year in Succession of Suleiman bin Abdul Malik. The current standard on Al-Rawda Island is considered the second oldest Islamic monument after the remains that still exist in the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque, as it is also attributed to the Abbasid era. The entire scale remains in good condition thanks to maintenance and repair work carried out by the Ministry of Works in 1927.
Visit Komombo temple during sunset 💖 👉This temple was dedicated to elder Horus was called Haroeris and God Sobek. 👉Because of the two gods, the temple has two entrances and two sanctuaries. 👉Thotmes III was built a sanctrury here but it was destroyed. Than Ptolemy VI started to build a new temple in 119 AD. 👉Komombo was famous for its healing powers, so the temple soon became a place of pilgrimage. People looked for healing for their illnesses here, but they could certainly only belive on the power of faith. ❤️ #visitegypt, #komombotemple, #privattourinegyt, #horuskaegypt #nilecruise
