It is located in a nice, green environment, offers great privacy and is a maximum 10 minute drive to the cosmopolitan promenade and Arenal beach. If you enjoy a quiet area and great location this luxury villa is what you are looking for. The villa is on two levels and is stylishly decorated with comfortable quality furniture inside as well as outside. The villa has spacious open plan living areas and therefore ideal for a large family or two families. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor each with a double bed and en-suite facilities, two of these rooms have an additional single bed available. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms with en-suite facilities including whirlpool bath baths. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The living area has large lounge sofas, a wood burner and satellite television although coverage can be minimal at times. Wi-fi is available throughout the villa. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle etc. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the 6 seater indoor dining table, in the naya or al-fresco by the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. The outside area is where you'll spend most of your time. The large naya with comfortable lounge furniture and dining table make this the best spot of the villa. There is a large 14m x 7m swimming pool, six sunbeds and stunning views! For barbecue lovers there is a gas barbecue in the summer kitchen located in the swimming pool area, which also has a fridge, sink and hob. There is also an outside toilet and shower. Al-fresco dining can be enjoyed on the swimming pool terrace. The house is accessed via electric gates and is secured by fences around the landscaped garden, which are maintained on a weekly basis.
