Vanwege mijn werk ga ik tijdelijk voor 6 maanden naar het noorden van Spanje. Mijn APPARTEMENT is daarom TE HUUR vanaf MEI tot NOVEMBER 2024, voor deze specifieke periode (niet langer of korter).

Volledig gemeubileerd, 2 grote kamers met dubbelbed, keuken, woonkamer, balkon en 2 badkamers. Hoogste (zevende) verdieping, dus veel lichtinval. Toegang tot groot dakterras. De flat kan ook gedeeld worden door het apart verhuren van de 2 kamers. Gezellige en rustige buurt (Patraix), op 15 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Sportschool (fitness en zwembad) en bibliotheek naast de deur. Groot assortiment winkels in nabijheid, zowel als OV in metro en bus.

Due to my work I leave temporarily for the north of Spain, for 6 months. My APARTMENT is FOR RENT from MAY till NOVEMBER 2024, the idea is to rent it for the 6 months uninterruptedly.

Fully furnished, 2 large rooms with double bed, kitchen, living room, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Highest (seventh) floor, so lots of daylight. Access to large roof terrace. (The flat can also be shared by renting the 2 rooms separately.) Calm neighborhood (Patraix) with good ambience, 15 minutes walk from downtown. Gym (fitness and pool) and library next door. Large choice of stores nearby, as well as public transport in metro and bus.

Hola!
I am going to Holland soon for holidays, and will rent out my APARTMENT in VALENCIA (SPAIN) for a good Summer price.
Come and enjoy the city, the beach, Summer festivals and much more!

My place is situated near the centre and in my neigborhood you find everything nearby as well in shops, nice restaurants, all kind of facilities, and public transport.

WHEN: from the 9-th till the 23-rd of August.

Are there nice green places in Valencia to find shade and go for walks or just sit and relax...? YES! Valencia has beautiful parks where it is very pleasant to walk around, also when it´s warm. For example the welcoming garden of Montforte. (video is spanish spoken, sorry).

Are you looking for an escape to SUNNY SPAIN? Come to VALENCIA, to relax in my cozy FLAT and to enjoy this beautiful city and surroundings! 🙂
This coming May/June I have plans leave Spain for a MONTH due to a mission trip (from 10 till around 15 of June).
My flat will be available to rent THE WHOLE MONTH for a good price. If you are willing to take care of my cat as well, that would be great. If not, no problem, I could find a place for her at a friends house.

Cozy apartment near centre

Neighborhood with good atmosphere and quiet. The neighborhood is typical Spanish with a mixed population. House is next to a lively square with beautiful church. Green area with several parks, with all services nearby, supermarkets and covered food market. Near Turia Park, the largest park in Europe. It has been a river before, crossing the entire city, but now it is ideal for cycling, jogging, picnicking etc.

Apartment is on seventh floor, so there is plenty of light, 3 elevators in the building, comfortable and cozy apartment with private entrances to the rooms through the long corridor. Two rooms with a queen size bed. One smaller room with bunkbeds. Two bathrooms. Living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 children or 1 adult or 2 (not too big) adults. Apartment is fully furnished, bright, has a nice balcony. The building has 3 elevators. Cozy and familiar atmosphere. Gym, pool and library next door.

Well connected with public transport, several bus lines, about 2 subway entrances, next to `valenbici` (bicycle rental system). Only 15 minutes walk from downtown and 25 min. from the beach (by subway).
