መምህርት፣ ጋዜጠኛና አክቲቪስት መዓዛ መሐመድ የ2023 የ‹‹ዓለም አቀፍ የጀግና ሴቶች ሽልማት (International Women of Courage/IWOC Awards)›› አሸናፊ ሆናለች፡፡

‹‹ዓለም አቀፍ የጀግና ሴቶች ሽልማት›› በመላው ዓለም ከባድ አደጋዎችንና ፈተናዎችን ተቋቁመው ሰላም፣ ፍትህ፣ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች፣ የፆታ እኩልነት እና የሴቶች ተጠቃሚነት እንዲከበሩና እንዲሰፍኑ ልዩ ጥንካሬ፣ ጀግንነትና የአመራር ጥበብ ላሳዩ ሴቶች የሚበረከት ሽልማት ነው፡፡

ሽልማቱ በአሜሪካ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር የሚዘጋጅ ሲሆን፣ ዘንድሮ ለ17ኛ ጊዜ የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡ እስካሁን ድረስም ከ80 ሀገራት የተገኙ ከ180 በላይ ጀግና ሴቶችን እውቅና ሰጥቷል፡፡ በዘንድሮው ሽልማት ከአራት አህጉራት የተገኙ 11 ጀግና ሴቶች እና አንድ የሴቶች ቡድን እውቅና ይሰ’ጣቸዋል፡፡

ለሽልማቱ የሚመረጡት ሴቶች የሚታጩት በየሀገራቱ በሚገኙ የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲዎችና ቆንስላዎች ሲሆን፤ የመጨረሻዎቹ አሸናፊዎች የሚመረጡት ደግሞ በአሜሪካ የውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስቴር ባለስልጣናትና ባለሙያዎች ነው፡፡ የሽልማቱ አሸናፊዎች "International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)" በተባለው መርሃ ግብር በተለያዩ የአሜሪካ ከተሞች በመዘዋወር ከሴቶች አደረጃጀቶች አመራሮች ጋር ይወያያሉ፤የልምድ ልውውጥ ያደርጋሉ፡፡

የሰው ልክ❗❗

የተዋህዶ ወዳጆቼ ሆይ፣ ባዘነችሁበት በዚህ ወቅት እኔ ሙስሊሙ ሙክታሮቪች ከጎናችሁ ነበርኩ። እኔ ብቻ ሳልሆን ሚልዮን ሙስሊሞች የቤተክርስቲያኗን አንድነት ይደግፋሉ‼ብቻችሁን አይደላችሁም‼ ለብዙ ሺህ ዘመናት የተለያዩ ጫናዎችን ተቋቁማ፣ ወራሪን መክታ፣ ፊደል ቀርፃ ትውልድ አስተምራ ሀገርን የጠበቀች ቤተክርስቲያን አንድነቷ ሲናጋ ማየት አንፈልግም። የብሄርና የቋንቋ ብዛህነትን በጀመረችው ቀና መንገድ እንደምታስተናግድ ሙሉ እምነት አለን። የተዋህዶ ወዳጆቼ ይህን ፈተና በስክነትና በብልህነት ታልፉታላችሁ። አይዟችሁ‼
