Do you know how important the coffee ceremony is in Ethiopia? ☕️✨ According to legend, it all began with a shepherd named Kaldi who noticed his goats became unusually energetic after eating some mysterious berries—those berries turned out to be coffee! Today, the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony is a treasured ritual that brings communities together. Central to this ceremony is the "jebena," a special coffee pot used to brew the coffee. The ceremony's first part, known as "abol," serves the strongest and most flavorful coffee. Sometimes, a fragrant plant called Tena Adam is added to enhance the flavor.
