Set in the middle of a small traditional French village, this 4 bedroom house which sleeps 8 is your chance to get a taste of the relaxed French village life. With quality village shops and award winning artisan boulangerie only a few minutes stroll away. This charming house has a traditional, well-equipped kitchen with large table seating for up to 12 people. The large comfortable lounge area has

a wood burning stove and plenty of comfortable seating, French windows lead to a large garden with flower beds, herb garden and lawns. Garden table, chairs and charcoal barbeque are provided to enable you to enjoy “al fresco” dining with the lovely views over the Mayenne farmland. The first floor comprises of 2 large sized double bedrooms, with bedroom 2 leading to a further room with twin beds, and a family bathroom comprises of bath with shower, toilet and basin. The oak staircase leads to the second floor which is a large family room with exposed beams, velux roof windows looking over local farmland. It has a king size bed with 2 extra z-beds if required and plenty of storage space. There is ample off-street parking opposite and is situated on a quiet country road leading out of the village. The village offers all amenities, with supermarket (including petrol station), bakery, butchers, restaurant, bar, chemist bank and much more. It is an ideal base to explore the surrounding area, with historic towns such as Fougeres, Domfront and Mayenne. A little further afield there is the well known Mont st Michel and the town and race track of Le mans. The Normandy beaches are also well worth the journey with many historical sites to see.
