We are super excited to announce that we will finally be opening the doors to our hotel The Nant - Morzine Mountain Lodge.
We will be welcoming guests back to The Nant from 26th June through a gradual opening and will only be offering a limited number of rooms.
The safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority as we re open after the Covid-19 outbreak and we are committed to re-opening in the right way.
With this in mind, we would like to inform you of the measures we will be taking in line with government guidelines.
Keeping It Clean
Cleanliness has always been a top priority and we’re committed to keeping it that way.
You’ll see us more often in high traffic areas, cleaning and sanitising surfaces in communal areas regularly throughout the day.
Hand sanitiser will be visible and readily available throughout the hotel, so keep those hands clean.
Communal washrooms will be out of service.
Checking In
Setting you up swiftly and safely.
We promise to keep it brief and have keys and information readily available upon arrival.
We will be utilising our self check-in facility for all guests for the time being.
We’ll be giving you a bit of space, asking you to take care of your own luggage and find your way to your room. We promise the trek is as easy as can be.
Hoping for a handshake? You’ll have to excuse us when we politely decline. We have only your best interests in mind.
Cosy Stays
Back to basics.
In-room, we’re pairing it back to the essentials, keeping everything you need and scrapping everything you don’t.
We’ve always thoroughly deep cleaned rooms between guests, replacing linen and towels, and we’ll continue to do so.
We’ll be paying extra attention to all the commonly used items.
Daily housekeeping of rooms will be by request only. Fresh towels and toilet paper are always available, but we’ll stay out of your room during your stay unless you want us to give it a once over.
Distant Dining
Same delicious bites, just slightly spread out.
Our breakfast selection will remain the same, but our buffet will be replaced with table service.
Guests will be able to select a time slot for breakfast.
We’ve moved away from shared styles of food and beverage.
We’ll be adhering to physical distancing recommendations, giving you ample space to enjoy your breakfast.
Guest guidelines
Keeping you safe and sound
Guests must clean their hands with the provided sanitiser when they enter the hotel.
Guests must wear masks when standing or walking through communal areas and on entering the hotel.
Be mindful of others - signage will remind you where to sit and stand.
If you’re not feeling well and are showing COVID-19 symptoms, please self-isolate. We’ll get in touch with appropriate health authorities to get you the care you need.
Our Staff
Caring for our people, so they can care for you.
We’ve issued guidance and COVID_19 training to our teams on the ground. Everyone’s expected to play by the rules.
PPE will be required and provided to our teams for your safety and theirs.
Our team knows how to proceed if they or anyone they live with has any symptoms of COVID-19.
Social distancing will be implemented in all of our team areas including kitchens and back of house spaces.
Staff will wear masks and gloves at all times while on duty.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that you respect other guests and staff by following the guidelines. A little effort from everyone goes a long way, together we can get the world back to normality.
