You have 5 days left to visit this incredible exhibition about Paris gastronomy. I left speechless and headed straight to one of the oldest institutional restaurants. I'am still happy and want to share it with you.
From the middle ages to our days. Starting from the King's table that is still remembered to the creation of the restaurant that actually means restore the health. The oldest Michelen star restaurant famous duck press that's probably the closest I can get to it in a nearby future...
You can learn the secrets of the real mayo. What is the belly of Paris and the creation of first Buillons restaurants that still very popular. Deside if you would like to dine in a privet room of the restaurant?
And for the dessert the map that you literally have to bow down for French gastronomy.

I'am taking my hat off for the creators of this exhibition. So many knowledge inspirations and ideas to eat out and to cook in that I took with me 🙏 hope you'll have time to visit it!

Piknik is one of the beautiful French traditions. Wine, bread, cheese and meat plate. Bring some fruit or small vegetables with you. The rest is a good company and the world can wait!

It's probably about time I reveal my favorite wine place in Paris. It's a wine cellar aka cave and just the next door is a little cozy place to gather eat and mingle. I wouldn't call it a resto but it's simply amazing. Little plates of amazing food and a bottle of wine that you bring form the shop next door or order at the place. Trendy hypster place. And so so delicious 😍😍😍 been many times more to come again!

Have you tried the sea urchin yet? I believe it's one of the strongest afrodiziacs that rises your spirit while playing with all your tastes buts. The season is short and I try to enjoy them as much as I can. Although it's quite easy to open them yourself I prefer to eat them when out. Warning! You eat only the corail thé rest will shake your body so hard that it will rest in craved in your memory for too long. Trust me been there done that!

If you are looking for a beautiful art déco place with great kitchen and not typical French service if you know what I mean. Not scared of high prices and the fact that during the weeknight you won't meet many French but still have the chance to meet some local celebrities, this is a place is a good choice. It's an institution the attention to details from the beginning to the end. . Perfect for romantique date nights or business meetings if you want to impress.

It was a privet celebration so I can't share too much of the details or photos, and I failed to take a photo of the desert... But trust me the food and the service is one of the best. I do recommend it for the celebrations and the privet events. Special thanks goes to Barbara for her management of the team and the guests!
