Parking is limited, once full we will have to redirect passengers. Bryn Llys is only a 13min walk through Parc Meurig from Bethesda where there is plenty of parking, if you can arrive on foot please do.

End of another busy week at Bryn Llys, and there’s a new blue door for the caravan/motorhome site facilities….the new shower room is now up and running for guests!!…no rest for the wicked as we are full steam ahead on the wagon next week!😀

We are all ready for the Railway Open Day at Bryn Llys. The trains are ready, the hot and cold drinks are ready and more importantly the ice cream and home bakes are definitely ready!!...we might even get some summer this afternoon ☀️😊

Over the past few seasons we have 'slowly' been upgrading our facilities for our caravan and motorhome guests. Our new toilets have been in operation for a while and we have been plugging away to provide a new shower room for the coming summer...its a big push now!😬

Back on the Wagon on Wednesday and we've been doing a few finishing jobs on the outside between the showers - adding the corner covers, window surrounds, and the front is almost complete! On the inside its starting to look more like a spaceship!😂

Not quiet 'Wednesday on the Wagon' but we've been dodging the weather this week with some work on the outside in the sun and then inside on the rainy days! The new corner sections have been fitted along with the cladding to the front - just got the fiddly bits left to do now, window reveals etc. Meanwhile inside the shower tray is fitted and the partition wall for the bathroom has gone in...can now start to see the space! We've also been making it feel cosy with thick sheep's wool insulation...smells great too😂

Its a Wednesday and we are back on the Wagon!😀...its been a while and we've been slowly chipping away over the autumn. We had to make a small mess putting the water and drainage in and the cladding has slowly been going on between storms!....will be cracking on over the next few weeks.....got a deadline to meet😬😃

We are warming the trains up for the last running day of Joys of Life Railway 2023 this Sunday. The weather is looking dry but cold🥶 and Georgio's Ice Cream will be here again this time serving up hot drinks and plenty of festive cheer!...and maybe a little ice cream!....we might even have the Christmas lights up by then!!
