A pod of dolphins put on a show for us at Penmon Point last night as the sun was setting. With a cocktail from the Pilot House cafe it was the perfect evening! 🐬🐬🐬🐬

This month marked a whole year since we took delivery of the hut!
What an eventful evening that was 🤣 Since welcoming our first guests in September we have been really busy, with bookings coming in from as far away as Australia & the USA and every guest has left a 5* review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have you ever stayed in Ty’n Rardd Farmhouse or Tŷ Efail Cottage?
The two can be booked together to accommodate larger groups of up to 14 adults, 2 infants and 8 dogs.

We have had many large groups book the two houses together and find it works well as they are separated by a fence with a “secret gate” which we can open up to adjoin the two outdoor spaces.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 bathrooms, ample parking, and 1 EV charging point.

Both houses have:

🔹 1 downstairs bedroom with double bed
🔹 Dogs welcome in both

Calling all night owls 🖤 we are situated in the ideal spot for enjoying the outdoors after dusk. You can listen to and often see the tawny owls, watch the bats swooping, sit around the fire pit while the outdoor bath heats up.. you can even take a walk up to the top of the Mariandyrys nature reserve to stargaze. Take a torch, a blanket, a flask of hot drink and stare for hours into the sky over Anglesey and across towards Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park which was granted International Dark Sky Reserve status in 2015. With some binoculars you might spot Jupiter, and on evenings when there’s a full moon due to rise you can watch it moving up from behind the mountains like a giant helium balloon in slow motion 🌕
