And the third new addition to the Lempicka self catering property portfolio is the three bedroom Lairgate House located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the southern end of Lairgate (behind the Tiger Inn) with fantastic views of Beverley Minster. The house has a ground floor including an enclosed rear grass/patio garden, a toilet/cloakroom, a country style kitchen and an open plan dining/lounge orangery room. The first floor has three double bedrooms with the third bedroom doubling as a upstairs lounge with a smart tv and sofas and full family bathroom with bath and double shower fitting. The property has a large double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large yet cosy living room with walk through to a cheerful full kitchen leading to a luxurious bath and shower room. The cottage can sleep 4 people as is (2 in master bedroom, 2 in second bedroom with pull out trundle or 2 in downstairs sofa bed). All furnishings are of the highest quality and in keeping with the property period.
