Vegan salted caramel chocolate truffles...
These plant based, high protein salted caramel chocolate truffles are stuffed with a centre oozing with decadent refined sugar free caramel, covered in a smooth and fudgy layer of antioxidant rich, energising cacao, protein powder and nut butter and coated with a shell of dark chocolate. A crowd pleasing healthy and decadent vegan treat to share (or not!) 🌱💪
Recipe:
🍫Combine the cashew butter, plant based milk and maple syrup in a large bowl and combine until smooth.
🍫 Add Reflex Nutrition Cacao and Caramel Protein Powder and cacao powder andmix together with a fork until a crumbly soft dough forms.
🍫 Roll into balls (approx 40g each) and create a dent in the centre.
🍫 Fill with caramel and smush the mix over to encase it.
🍫 Roll in melted chocolate until covered and leave to set.

Easter-up your protein this weekend with @treatsbyteee's 100% Whey Protein Nests.
For the nests:
🥚 8 Full sized Shredded Wheat
🥚 100g Butter
🥚 100g Golden Syrup
🥚 350g Dark Chocolate
For the cream cheese filling:
🥚 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
🥚 2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
🥚 2 Scoops Reflex 100% Whey Chocolate
🥚 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
🥚 Mini eggs to top
1. In a bowl, crush your shredded wheat up into fine pieces
2. Melt the golden syrup and butter in a pan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally
3. Once fully melted, take off the heat, add your dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth
4. Pour over the crushed shredded wheat and mix well
5. Using your hands or two spoons, shape your shredded wheat mixture into nests and pop on a grease proof lined baking tray. Pop in the fridge to set.
6. Whilst your nests are setting, add the cream cheese, yoghurt, protein powder and cocoa powder to a bowl and mix well until smooth
7. Remove your nests from the fridge and spoon in the cream cheese mixture. Top with mini eggs, then pop back in the fridge for 10 mins or so to set. Then enjoy 😁

Ingredients:
✔️ 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
✔️ 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
✔️ 2 Tbsp Reflex Essential Protein
✔️ 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
✔️ 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
✔️ 1 Tbsp Honey
✔️ 3 Tsp Baking Powder
✔️ 3 Eggs

Method:
Add your oats to a blender and blitz into a fine oat flour. Next, add the remaining ingredients and blend until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a small frying pan on a medium heat with a couple of sprays of oil. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for about 1 minute on each side. Stack and serve with whatever toppings you fancy.

Spiced Orange and Cranberry Energy Balls
Here’s @treatsbyteee's recipe for some festive spiced orange and cranberry energy balls:
Ingredients - This recipe makes about 12 energy balls:
🍊 2 Scoops Cacao & Caramel Plant Based Protein
🍊 Juice & Grated Zest of 1 Orange
🍊 1/2 Cup Oats
🍊 1 Cup Dates
🍊 1/2 Cup Cashews
🍊 1 Tbsp Honey
🍊 1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
🍊 1/2 Tsp Mixed Spice
🍊 1 Handful Dried Cranberries
Method:
1. Add everything except the cranberries to a food processor and blitz until the mixture is fully combined and slightly sticky
2. Move the mixture into a bowl and add cranberries.
3. Shape the mixture into balls and serve.
