We had a lovely time for my father in laws 60th, the complementary bottle of wine went down very well whilst we soaked up the beautiful views from the terrace. The rooms were lovely and the photos don’t do them justice, our legs got a good workout with the stairs, very quirky on 4 levels the children thought it was amazing. We came well prepared so didn’t need to use the complementary tea and coffee left for us but again a lovely touch. Stunning place I we will hopefully be back soon....

Excellent accommodation with great views looking over Brixham harbour. All the rooms were clean and fitted with everything you’d expect. Comfortable beds and warm, powerful showers! Cooking facilities were great with a main kitchen on the 2nd floor and a breakfast/snack kitchen alongside the balcony. Great facilities all round. The house is on a quiet street a short walk to town. Very old and windy roads so not a lot of parking right out front but spaces dotted all around nearby. Check in/out is smooth and communication with the owners spot on. If your heading to the Brixham area you won’t find a better place to stay!

Well located to walk the coastal paths in both directions and catch the ferry to Torquay. Great selection of restaurants on your doorstep. Paignton, Dartmouth, Torquay, Totnes and lots of nice beaches and coves are only a short drive away........ July 22 guest review ⛱

Mr C gave us a 5/5 for his stay in September 22🙂

Was thinking of keeping this one secret! Stunning views from the terrace even when it rained. Only a short walk into town but for those that don't fancy it, taxis are happy to take the trip. Even thou it's dog friendly there was no evidence of this, the house is spotless and well equipped. We love Brixham and you can still find friendly pubs that are not full of us tourists. Keep up the good work Tracy.

Amazing place to stay and in a gorgeous harbour
The Bay Dream Believer is a wonderful cottage, beautifully decorated giving that home from home experience with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful family break in a beautiful setting. Lovely location to the harbour and with beautiful views. Great communication from Tracy who made us feel so welcome and happy to answer any questions if we needed anything. Lovely local restaurants, we found the best fish and chips in Nick's Fish Bar opposite the harbour worth a try. Wonderful places to take daily walks and places to stop to sample some of the local food. We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to go back again.

Eventually we have tied the builders down and we are getting the work done to the back of the house in time for the new season. Being 125 years old the cottage needed some help with the damp issues at the back and we are really pleased with the ongoing improvements. Further updates to follow. Really looking forward to 2022 and a return to some kind of normality 🌊🦀🍦🥂🍻

5 minutes from the house and you are at Greenways. Pop on the passenger ferry and have a little trip to Dittisham. Pub and cafe available and you can while the hours taking in the view of the estuary 😎😁
