Looking left from the lounge window you can watch the waves of the Atlantic Ocean hitting the rocks at the north end of the beach. The beach, being north facing, is popular with surfers all year round and the sand dunes provide a natural bank from which to watch the host of sporting and recreational activities that the broad sandy beach provides for.
