It was ‘Time to go Home’ yesterday from their Off the Beaten Track riding holiday. The verdict from Emma, Nat, Rachael and Em was that the hospitality received from Chris was overwhelming!! Excellent food, Nights in the hot tub and the riding was fabulous and included a seventeen mile hack to the ‘Secret Place!’

The girls from Clough Bottom Farm had a fabulous warm welcome today from Chris of Low Farm better known as ‘Off The Beaten Track’ above the hills of Carlisle, when they arrived with their horses for a riding holiday. Weather superb - can’t wait to hear all about the hot tub!! When we pick everyone up on Wednesday!!

Another good day yesterday. The girls from Knott Hill Farm went to Somerford Winter Farm Ride for a good canter round. Weather stayed kind!!

Girls from Johnson’s Tenements Farm we’re out again yesterday at the Wirral Country Park , Thurstaston, where the ride included some lovely country tracks and a trail along to the beach beside the estuary. We will put this location on our list for a return visit.

Bright sunshine all day for the boys and girls from Hargate Hill Equestrian Centre who had a great day at Somerford Park despite the very muddy car park!!

Blue skies and plenty of spring sunshine at Ainsdale Beach yesterday! Julie organised the gang from Lower Heaps Farm. The horses were really well behaved and the girls were able to paddle in the sea between sitting down for a picnic and a buttie!

Great day at the Christmas Trail at Craven Farm Ride, Coniston Cold. The girls from Chaddies Farm and Kirklees Street had a minced pie and mulled wine when they reached the top of the hill and turkey muffin and hot drink was waiting for them on their return - yummy!!

The girls from Heathcroft Stud and Tenement Farm had a great ride out at Whitegate Way yesterday. The ladies at Whitegate Station House Cafe made everyone welcome for a brew afterwards.

Smokey, Vee, Oliver, Oreo, Luca, Donavan, Sam, Willow, and Dolly had a great day at Ainsdale Beach. They all loaded well and tucked into their haynet on the way home. Great Gang!!!

Kelsall Hill abandoned today but Gail, Liz, Leah, Becky, Amy and Charlotte enjoyed a warm sunny ride around Somerford on Pud, Dessie, Saffy, Gabriella, Morgan & Thai. Although river was deep so feet got wet!!

Judith, Rob, Jackie and Catherine took Jazz, Damasco, Owen and Merrylegs to the Craven Ride today. Started off a bit foggy - great time had by all - fabulous sunny day to finish. Even Merrylegs was ready for a nap on the way home!
