Fantasy Fell is a quirky Fell Pony, cute but often getting into trouble! Fantasy become the inspiration to create a range of giftware, and our company Fantasy Fell Ltd, was set up to share her adventures with you. The Fantasy Fell collection was also created to celebrate all Fell Ponies in their native habitat of Cumbria and the Lake District. Our aim is to bring you beautiful, quality, china and
giftware to treasure and collect. Fell ponies have roamed the hills and have been a part of the Cumbrian and Lake District landscape for centuries, with recorded pedigrees starting in the late 19th century. Originally used on the farm and as pack ponies often carrying lead from Cumbrian mines, the ponies now prove their versatility by participating in a host of equestrian disciplines, but most importantly they soon become a much loved member of the family! The breed is now ‘at risk’ on the Rare Breeds Register. All our designs are created in Cumbria, our home county and our fine bone china is hand-made in Stoke-on-Trent, using traditional methods.
