We had to pop down to Burnley to see if the article in the Manchester Evening News was true.

It's true.

We stayed in a gorgeous cottage in the countryside on the outskirts of the town and can highly recommend it, the kitchen was amazing and the walks from the doorstep had fabulous views.

We ventured down to Pendle today and went to The White Swan at Fence. The food was amazing and we were so absorbed in the amazing food that we only took two photos. Oh well, it’s an excuse to return. We also found a lovely cottage to rent within walking distance for our next holiday Oak Tree Cottage
