UCB Cast Bar Limited updates the standard size list fro their foundries in United Kingdom and Spain

UCB Group has updated the Standard Size List. We have moved some larger grey iron sizes from Spain to the UK.
The result will be fewer sizes to cast in Spain, hopefully allowing more production of the key dimensions with an improved delivery time.

All in all, this step will help to supply our customers more flexibly.

UCB Cast Profil S.A. proudly presents a modernization of their Heat Treatment Furnace

UCB Cast Profil have updated and modernized their Heat Treatment Furnaces.

A new timing and control management system enables us now to realize a more accurate

Cycle time. The result has led to improved heat treatment quality and an improvement in the cycle time for the Heat Treatment procedure.

After a well-controlled Heat Treatment cycle the furnace opens automatically ready to be unloaded.

In front of the furnace a new safety zone was installed to improve safety at work and to avoid risk for our employees.

New date available for Tube 2020!

The exhibition will now take place from 07th to 11th of December 2020 and our team of United Cast Bar is happy to welcome you on our stand in Düsseldorf in December!

11 students from Zaragoza Dinámica, an institute of the Council of Zaragoza, visited UCB Cast Profil in Zaragoza to learn more about continuously cast iron, our foundry and the processes within.

The institute Zaragoza Dinámica promotes the importance of training courses by giving students better career prospects while doing different courses in various business sectors.

11 students from Zaragoza Dinámica, an institute of the Council of Zaragoza, visited UCB Cast Profil in Zaragoza to learn more about continuously cast iron, our foundry and the processes within.

Due to the current situation regarding the Corona virus both exhibitions United Cast Bar Group is exhibiting at have been postponed.

For MECSPE in Parma we are happy to let you know that the exhibition will now take place from 18th to 20th of June 2020. Our team from UCB Metalli SRL looks forward to welcoming you on our stand K10 in pavilion 8 on Parma fairground.

Regarding the Tube and Wire, Messe Düsseldorf is currently discussing alternative dates for the exhibition. We will keep you informed about the developments and new dates as soon as they are finalised.

UCB Group are pleased to confirm Mrs. Jane Xu has joined our team as UCB Group Business Development Manager for China, reporting directly to our UCB Group Managing Director.

Alongside strong marketing and professional skills in Sales Management and Aftersales Services, Jane brings with her a deep experience and knowledge in the metal industry. This background and her expertise will strengthen UCB Group’s position within the concast iron market over the coming years.
