Morning Everyone.
Apologies for the long update here;

First both Mark and Anthony want pass on their sympathy to everyone who has had to close due to the Virus and wish you all the very best when things get back to normal.

We are open today 9-4 and will stay open as long as we can or until the government tell us to stop.

We updated you all earlier in the week to say we are following guidelines and are keeping this up too. here is that post bit.ly/3dkFXXS

The day before Mothers Day is usually a very busy day for us but with the current situation we are not sure of anything at the moment.
Please bear with us if the shop is busy and if we can help you we will do it to the best of our ability.

We are a small business so when it comes to card transactions, we cannot take them if they are under £5 as the chargers are so high. This has been the case for years now but understand in the stressful days gone and ahead it is not ideal, especilally when the nearest cash point is along the road. Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.

To print from your phones and tablets please install Kodak Moments to your device before coming in.
This helps as the signal in Consett is not always great.
We are not physically handling customers phones at this time, but are more than happy to talk you through the process.

Finally we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has came into the shop and supported us not just the past few weeks but well before this.

We will get through this but only together.

In yesterdays update with regards to the Corona Virus we asked our customers to minimise the products they touch in store.
It’s amazing how many people pick up a frame or album and then put it back on the shelf. Normally this would be perfectly fine but with the Government guidelines we are asking Customers to ask a member of staff for help with this.

Corona virus Update
We are open as usual but following government guidelines we are taking extra precautions.
Mark and Anthony are using Hand sanitisers regularly.
We are taking a more active role on our kiosk, which means we will be touching the screen to select your orders, We understand that we have many customers who like to be independent and do this themselves and ask them to be patient with us during this time.
We are also asking Customers to minimise the amount of products they touch in store (Frames and albums etc) Mark & Anthony have sanitised it all.
As government guidelines continue to change we too will adapt and let you know what it means for us and Customers.
